Saharan Chokha Ram Public Welfare Foundation is a not-for-profit organization committed to building inclusive communities across regions. We pioneer holistic models to address multi-faceted development challenges — from education and women’s empowerment to environment and disaster relief — helping vulnerable groups access opportunities and dignity.
We believe in direct engagement, partnerships, and technology-enabled approaches to scale sustainable impact. Our programs focus on capacity building, community leadership, and collaborative solutions with local stakeholders.
Our vision is to foster empowered communities that co-create their future. The Foundation’s mission is to deliver effective programs in education, skilling, health, and community resilience. We promote equity and sustainability using partnerships and local leadership.
Over time, we aim to scale models that are replicable and measurable — enabling donors, partners and beneficiaries to track meaningful outcomes.
We build leadership, vocational skills and enterprise support for women. Our programs combine training, market linkages and community counseling to create sustainable livelihoods and strengthen families.
Our work in this domain includes self-help groups, skill development centers, and entrepreneurship support — ensuring economic independence and social inclusion.

We believe strong communities are built through knowledge, connection, and opportunity. Through our “Knowledge Hubs,” we bring farmers, students, teachers, and youth together to learn, exchange ideas, and grow. These hubs act as bridges between traditional wisdom and modern resources, helping communities stay aware of the latest agricultural practices, government schemes, digital tools, and educational support. Our effort is to create villages that can stand on their own feet — where every person feels empowered to improve their life, support their family, and contribute to society. By nurturing awareness, leadership, and shared learning, we are helping build a future where communities grow not just economically, but socially and emotionally as well.
During moments of crisis, we believe humanity must come first. Whether it has been floods, droughts, or health emergencies like the pandemic, we have been on the ground providing essential relief to families in distress. Food kits, medical support, hygiene essentials, and emergency assistance — our teams work tirelessly to ensure no family feels alone in times of hardship. But our mission goes beyond immediate relief. We work to strengthen communities from within, creating awareness, building resilience, and helping families restart their lives with dignity. Our focus is not only on protecting lives during disasters, but on preparing communities so they emerge stronger, safer, and more hopeful for the future.
Every child carries a spark of talent — they simply need the right environment to let it shine. Through our sports and cultural programs, we offer children from underserved backgrounds a chance to dream big, discover their strengths, and build confidence. From sports training and competitions to cultural workshops and stage programs, we create opportunities where children learn discipline, teamwork, communication, and leadership. We don’t just train skills — we nurture character. Our mission is to help children find their voice, express their creativity, and grow into confident individuals who believe they can achieve anything they set their minds to.
True empowerment begins when individuals gain the ability to shape their own future. Our skilling programs are designed to equip youth and women with practical, job-ready abilities and confidence to succeed in the real world. From technical training and digital skills to communication, personality development, and entrepreneurship support, we guide learners at every step. Many participants go on to secure meaningful job opportunities while others launch small businesses of their own — creating employment for others and changing lives around them. With the right skills, guidance, and encouragement, we are helping build a generation that believes in itself, stands independently, and moves towards a brighter tomorrow with pride.
We organize free multispecialty health camps offering complete medical check-ups, distribution of free medicines, and specialized consultations for eye, dental, and general health needs.
Over 450 camps have been successfully conducted till March 2024 — providing early diagnosis, timely treatment, and hope to underserved communities.
Every child deserves a chance to learn, dream, and rise — no matter where they come from. Through our education initiatives, we work to make learning accessible and encouraging for children from disadvantaged backgrounds. We support them with academic assistance, learning resources, and guidance so they can grow with confidence and curiosity. Our programs aim to create an environment where children feel motivated to attend school, develop new skills, and discover their potential. By nurturing curiosity and providing the right support at the right time, we are helping turn young dreams into bright futures.
A healthy planet is our shared responsibility, and each step toward sustainability matters. Through our environmental initiatives, we work closely with communities to encourage mindful living and respect for nature. We promote clean energy awareness, organize waste-management drives, and lead large-scale tree plantation campaigns to restore green cover. With every tree planted, every awareness program held, and every community effort, we aim to inspire people to make small but powerful changes in their daily lives. Together, we are building a cleaner, greener, and more responsible future for the generations to come.
We recognize the challenges of the last mile delivery of healthcare in a vast country like India.
The uneven distribution of healthcare infrastructure, as well as medical professionals, makes quality healthcare services inaccessible to a large population living in rural areas.
Urban slum dwellers, on the other hand, suffer from lack of awareness, adverse living conditions and the unwillingness to lose a day's wage in order to reach the nearest medical facility.
We therefore organize free multispecialty health camps across geographies which includes a thorough check-up by a doctor, distribution of free medicines along with BP, Blood Sugar, Haemoglobin (Hb) monitoring and eye and dental check-ups.
These timely interventions provide early diagnosis and treatment reducing the incidence of morbidity and mortality. Such health camps address immediate healthcare needs of marginalized communities. We have organized 16 camps till Oct 2025.
